We offer several different delivery options for you as a customer. Delivery options may differ depending on location and time.
Pickup in store, Click and Collect
You can choose to pick up your order in one of our stores. We have stores in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Uppsala . You will then receive an SMS or email when your order is available for collection, normally the same day. You can also contact the store to find out when your order can be picked up.
DHL Collection point
You can choose to have your order sent to a DHL collection point. Your order is sent within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order, and in some cases already on the same day. The transport time to the selected collection point varies depending on the destination, but is normally 2-5 working days.
DHL Home delivery
You can choose to have your order delivered to your home with DHL. Your order is sent within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order, and in some cases already on the same day. Digital notification from DHL is included in the delivery, where you can choose the delivery date for your order yourself.
DHL Business Delivery
You can choose to have your order delivered to the company with DHL. Your order is sent within 1-3 working days after you have placed your order, and in some cases already on the same day. Your order is delivered to the company during office hours.

How do you make a return?
You can return your order in one of our stores or by sending it to us. NOTE that you cannot return products with broken packaging or products specially made for you, e.g. print from own image or made-to-measure passepartout.
You cannot return your package by not collecting it at the pick-up point, we will charge € 99 for uncollected packages.
Return in store
You can return your order in one of our stores in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Uppsala. Remember to always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we know that you want to return your order.
Return via DHL/Postnord
You can return your order by sending it back to us. Send the package as a company package to the following address:
