Personal integrity is important to FRAME IT International AB. We strive for a high level of data protection. In this policy, we explain how we collect and use personal data. 1. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA AND WHAT IS PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data is all information about a living natural person that can be directly or indirectly linked to that person. It is not only about names and social security numbers but also about, for example, pictures and email addresses. Processing of personal data is everything that happens with personal data in IT systems, regardless of whether it is about mobile devices or computers. It is about, for example, collection, registration, structuring, storage, processing and transmission. In some cases, manual registers may also be covered.

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU AND WHY?
We mainly process your name, social security number, address and contact information, bank account for salary payment and information that you have provided about your next of kin. We process your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under our employment contract with you and to comply with regulations in law and collective agreements.
4. DATA PROCESSORS
In some situations, it is necessary for us to engage other parties. For example, various IT suppliers for customer service and website usage statistics. They are then data processors for us. We check personal data processors to ensure that they guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data. When personal data processors are engaged, this is only for purposes that are compatible with the purposes we ourselves have for the processing.
5. ACTORS WHO ARE INDEPENDENT PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLERS
We also share your personal data with certain other actors who are independent personal data controllers, for example authorities such as the Swedish Tax Agency, when we are obliged to disclose such information by law or authority decision. When your personal data is shared with an actor who is an independent personal data controller, that organization's privacy policy and personal data processing apply.
6. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We never store your personal data longer than is necessary for the respective purpose. Certain accounting data must be stored for at least seven years due to legislation, for example.
7. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A REGISTERED PERSON?
As a registered person, you have a number of rights under applicable law. You have the right to receive an extract showing what personal data we have registered about you. You can request correction of incorrect data and in some cases deletion.
